For management-level enquiries (contracts, long-term partnerships, media kit requests), contact Bepi Management at (+670) 75411213 or management@bepiwhiteheart.com. Please include your event or project details, date, type, estimated audience size, and what you’re hoping to achieve, so the team can respond with the right proposal.
It depends on the type of engagement. For state and national ceremonies, major corporate events, and international engagements, booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance is strongly recommended. For performances and gigs, 3–4 weeks minimum. For brand partnerships and long-term ambassador roles, allow 2–4 weeks for discussion and contract finalization. During peak seasons (national holidays, year-end events, ASEAN/international occasions), early booking is essential — Bepi’s calendar fills quickly.
Yes, and many clients do. A common combination is booking Bepi as both the MC and the featured live performer, creating a seamlessly integrated event experience. Combined bookings may attract preferred pricing. Please mention all required services in your initial enquiry so the management team can structure the proposal accordingly.
Yes. Bepi has hosted and performed at official events in Malaysia, Japan, Australia, and Abu Dhabi, and is open to international engagements for the right opportunities. International bookings require additional arrangements including flights, accommodation, airport transfers, and per diem, which are outlined clearly in the proposal. Please indicate any international travel requirements in your first message.
Bepi’s management team responds to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days. For urgent requests, WhatsApp to (+670) 77425220 ensures the fastest response. Proposals and contracts are typically issued within 3–5 business days after initial information is received.
Yes. A signed service agreement is required for all professional engagements, this protects both Bepi and the client. Contracts are issued by Bepi Management after the enquiry is confirmed and scope is agreed. For brand ambassador arrangements, a separate Brand Ambassador Agreement (BAA) applies in addition to the general service terms.
Bepi is a professional MC in three languages: English, Tetum, and Portuguese, with full fluency and formal protocol experience in all three. He has hosted official national events, state visits, and international ceremonies in all three languages, and can transition between them within a single event. He is also fluent in Bahasa Indonesia at a native level. Please specify your language requirements when booking.
Bepi hosts the full spectrum, from the highest-protocol state ceremonies (Presidential Inaugurations, Papal State Meetings, ASEAN Accession events) to corporate galas, conference openings, product launches, award ceremonies, NGO and UN events, gala dinners, and podcast-style dialogue forums. He is equally at home in a 5,000-person national ceremony and a 50-person executive boardroom launch.
Yes, and this is non-negotiable for professional delivery. For all MC engagements, Bepi holds a formal pre-event briefing meeting with the organizer. This typically occurs 2 weeks before the event, with a second check-in meeting closer to the date. During the briefing, Bepi will request: the full programme run sheet, names and titles of all VIP speakers and guests (with pronunciation guides), protocol requirements, language preferences, any sensitive topics to avoid, and venue layout details. For state or high-protocol events, a rehearsal or site visit is requested.
The client or venue is responsible for providing: a quality PA system with a clear wireless handheld or clip microphone, a stage monitor, a designated backstage or green room area, and access to the venue at least 60 minutes before the event begins. For large outdoor events or venues with complex acoustics, a soundcheck with Bepi present is strongly recommended. Bepi will advise if additional technical requirements apply after the briefing.
Yes, this is one of Bepi’s greatest strengths. His decade of government service, deep familiarity with Timorese national protocol, and multilingual capability make him exceptionally well suited to high-stakes ceremonial and political contexts. He handles sensitive content with complete composure, discretion, and professionalism. Any particularly sensitive aspects of the programme should be raised during the pre-event briefing.
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of confirmation. If the event is cancelled by the client after the deposit is paid, the full 50% deposit is forfeited. Please see the full Terms & Conditions in Part Two for complete details.
Bepi’s performance repertoire spans original Tetum-language compositions (from his debut album and EP), original English-language songs (from his forthcoming second album), and selected covers from artists he deeply respects, John Legend, Michael Bublé, Josh Groban, and similar. All performances are live vocal with either acoustic or full band/backing track arrangements, depending on the event context. His set list is shaped to fit the event’s mood and audience.
Yes, within Bepi’s performance repertoire. For corporate events, gala dinners, and private celebrations, a set-list discussion is included in the pre-event briefing process. For concert-format performances, Bepi curates the set list for artistic flow and impact. All song requests should be raised at least 2 weeks before the event to allow for preparation.
Submit an enquiry via the Contact page or WhatsApp. Include the event date, type of event (corporate, concert, ceremony, private), expected audience size, duration of performance required, and any specific song preferences. Bepi Management will provide a proposal, and once agreed, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before the performance date.
A 50% deposit is required at booking confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled by the client after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is forfeited in full. The remaining 50% of the contracted fee is due 7 days before the performance date. No performance will proceed without full payment confirmed in advance.
Enquiries about commercial music licensing, for advertisements, films, branded content, or background event use, are welcome and directed to the management team. Licensing terms depend on the type of use, geographic scope, and duration of use. Please contact management@bepiwhiteheart.com with your specific licensing requirements.
Bepi’s full catalogue is available on Spotify (search: Bepi Whiteheart), YouTube (@bepiwhiteheartofficial), Spotify, and all major streaming platforms. Music videos and live performance recordings are published on YouTube. For physical or digital purchase enquiries, contact the management team.
Bepi provides professional voiceover and dubbing services in four languages: English, Tetum, Bahasa Indonesia, and Portuguese. Pricing varies by language depending on the complexity and market demand. Please specify the required language(s) in your enquiry.
Voiceover and dubbing pricing is primarily based on the duration of the final video or audio content in minutes. The rate is applied per minute of finished material, and varies depending on language, usage type (commercial, PSA, corporate, broadcast), and complexity of the script. A minimum project fee applies. Contact the management team with your project details, including script length, language, usage context, and timeline, to receive a tailored quote.
Bepi accepts: commercial voiceovers (television, radio, digital), corporate narrations and explainer videos, public service announcements (PSA), documentary narrations, dubbed content for regional productions, institutional media content for government and NGOs, and e-learning audio content. For promotional voiceovers that involve product endorsement, please review the Brand Ambassador enquiry process as these may require an ambassador agreement.
The voiceover contract specifies: the language(s) of delivery, total duration of content (in minutes), usage rights (platforms, geography, duration), number of revisions included, turnaround timeline, and payment terms. The contract also confirms the ownership and licensing arrangement, all original voiceover recordings remain the intellectual property of Bepi Whiteheart unless a full transfer of rights is negotiated and agreed in writing.
Standard voiceover packages include up to two revision rounds within the original scope. Revisions that significantly alter the script, delivery tone, or project duration beyond the original brief are quoted separately. The initial agreement clearly defines what constitutes a revision versus a new project.
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from receipt of the final approved script and full payment confirmation. Urgent turnaround (2–3 days) is available at an expedite rate. Complex multi-language or multi-hour projects are quoted with a custom timeline.
Reach out via the Contact page or directly to management@bepiwhiteheart.com with a partnership proposal or expression of interest. All brand partnership discussions begin with a confidential discovery meeting, either in person or via video call, before any documents are exchanged. This ensures both parties understand the opportunity fully before committing to a formal process.
Bepi’s current active partnerships include Samsung / FoneHaus, Nike Timor-Leste, Komfii Bear, and Telemor MOSAN. Former brand partners include Aero Dili, Air Timor, MoneyGram, Prost Beer, Drum Whisky, Balibo Fort Hotel, and Bintang. Several new national and international partnership negotiations are currently in progress.
Bepi Management operates with two primary remuneration models for brand partnerships.
Type 1: Pure financial remuneration, a contracted fee paid on agreed terms (monthly retainer or per-campaign payment).
Type 2: Hybrid, a combination of financial remuneration and in-kind benefits. For example, the FoneHaus / Samsung partnership includes both a contracted fee and the provision of the latest Samsung devices (phone, earbuds, accessories, etc.) as in-kind benefits. The arrangement is negotiated case by case and documented in the Brand Ambassador Agreement.
The BAA is a separate and more detailed agreement from the general service terms. It includes: the partnership duration and renewal terms, deliverables (posts, events, campaigns, exclusivity conditions), approved and prohibited content (do’s and don’ts based on the company’s values), the remuneration structure (financial + in-kind), social media platform requirements and posting frequency, image and likeness usage rights for the brand, and the process for contract termination or amendment. Bepi Management expects the BAA to be discussed and mutually agreed before signing.
Exclusivity is negotiated case by case. Bepi will not simultaneously represent directly competing brands in the same product category. Exclusivity terms, if required by the brand, must be clearly defined in the BAA and fairly compensated. The scope of any exclusivity, product category, geography, platform, must be precisely specified.
Contract termination by either party must follow the process established in the BAA. Any breach of the agreed terms, by either Bepi or the partner, must be formally raised and discussed before any termination action is taken. A committed breach (such as non-payment, or Bepi being asked to endorse something that violates the agreed values) must be notified in writing and given a reasonable remedy period before the contract can be terminated. Termination without due cause or process by the brand partner may result in the forfeiture of any in-kind products received and/or payment of a termination fee as specified in the BAA.
Brand partnerships typically run in one of three formats: (a) Campaign-based: a defined campaign period of 4–12 weeks, (b) Annual: a 12-month renewable ambassadorship, or (c) Multi-year: for flagship partnerships. Bepi’s preference is for meaningful, multi-platform partnerships rather than one-off single-post transactions. The contract duration must be established and agreed from the beginning of negotiations.
Bepi offers a full range of Human Resource Management and organizational development services including: HR strategy and policy development, public financial management (PFM) training, capacity building programmes, leadership and team retreats, workshop facilitation, module design and delivery, performance management systems, youth employment programme support, and general organizational development advisory. He has extensive experience with government, UN agencies, the European Union, international NGOs, and private sector organizations.
Bepi’s most-requested topics include: Leadership, Resilience & Personal Development; Career Planning & Life Skills; Courage, Consistency & Positive Mindset; Personal Branding & Professional Presence; Communication & Public Speaking Skills; Mental Health & Wellbeing for Youth; HRM & Performance Management; and Public Financial Management (PFM). Custom topics and module development are available for organisations with specific needs.
All consulting and facilitation engagements begin with a scoping meeting, free of charge, to understand the client’s needs, objectives, and constraints. Following this, Bepi Management issues a terms of reference document, a proposed scope of work, and a quotation. Longer engagements (multi-day retreats, ongoing advisory) are formalized through a Consulting Services Agreement. Shorter engagements (single keynotes, one-day workshops) are covered by the standard service terms.
Yes, for formal multi-day training programmes. Certificates are issued by Bepi Management and can be customized with the client organization’s branding if required. Certificate issuance is subject to participant attendance requirements (typically 80% minimum attendance). This is confirmed in the programme design.
A motivational speaker engagement is keynote-format: Bepi presents his personal story, philosophy, and practical insights in a 30-90 minute address. Participants listen, reflect, and are inspired. A training engagement involves active facilitation, structured workshops, group activities, skill-building exercises, and measurable learning outcomes. Both can be combined into a half-day or full-day programme. The management team will help determine which format best serves your organization’s objectives.
Yes. Custom module design is one of Bepi’s core consulting capabilities, developed and refined over a decade of working with UNDP, UNICEF, the Ministry of Finance, and multiple international development programmes. Custom modules are scoped, designed, piloted, and delivered as a fully integrated service. Pricing is based on the complexity of the module, number of sessions, and number of participants.
All professional service fees are quoted and invoiced in United States Dollars (USD). For domestic Timor-Leste engagements, payment can be made via bank transfer (BNCTL or BNU preferred), cash, or agreed mobile payment platform. International payments via wire transfer. Payment details are confirmed in the issued invoice.
Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all confirmed bookings across all service types. This applies to MC & Event Hosting, Live Performance, Voiceover & Dubbing, HRM Consulting, Coaching & Motivational Speaking, and Brand Ambassador engagements. The deposit confirms the booking and secures the date or project slot. No work commences and no date is held without a confirmed, received deposit.
Yes. Bepi regularly engages outside Dili and internationally. For engagements outside the greater Dili area, travel costs (transport, accommodation, meals) are additional to the service fee and are clearly itemized in the proposal. For international engagements, economy or business class airfare (as agreed), accommodation, airport transfers, and a daily per diem are required.
Yes, always. Bepi Management does not proceed with any professional engagement without a signed written agreement. This protects both Bepi and the client. Service agreements are issued and countersigned digitally or in hard copy, depending on the client’s preference.
Yes. For specific services that involve long-term commitments, complex deliverables, or specialist arrangements, including Brand Ambassador partnerships, multi-phase or ongoing Consulting engagements, and Voiceover projects, a dedicated service-specific agreement (such as a Brand Ambassador Agreement or Consulting Services Agreement) will be issued in addition to these General Terms. This ensures all parties have a clear, comprehensive record of the specific obligations, timelines, and terms relevant to that engagement.
Original works created by Bepi Whiteheart, including but not limited to compositions, voiceover recordings, training materials, workshop content, and personal brand assets, remain the intellectual property of Bepi Management unless a full transfer of rights is negotiated, documented, and agreed in writing. Clients receive a usage license for agreed purposes and platforms only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Bepi’s work is a breach of contract.
